The facility at Kilsyth Academy had to meet certain criteria that would allow as many exercises
as possible to be performed in a small space, whilst providing a full set of CV and
Resistance machines.
The Gym Gear Dual series has been installed based upon the small foot print of the equipment and the fact each machine offers 2 exercises, for example bench press and shoulder press are in one single space efficient station.
