Some 15 resistance machines alongside a full free weights area cover the many
muscle groups to provide a full strength and conditioning facility. With over 20
pieces of CV including treadmills, cross trainers, upright and recumbent bikes
alongside 4 Concept rowers, the fitness suite is the perfect training environment from
